You CAN Have It All Without DOING It All - Building a life you love without hustle, burnout, or losing yourself

One of my biggest "WHY"s for why I do this coaching is because I want moms to have a life they enjoy that fits their needs without going over the top in ways that will destroy their mental health.

I have personally faced burnout and overwhelm as a therapist, as an author, as a business owner, and in motherhood. Much of this came from expectations (mine & others), however, there's more to it than just that. There are a few different things that contribute to our burnout, our over-hustle, and our loss of self.

This is exactly why I work with moms running creative businesses or just running businesses and side hustles in general. Helping moms with mental health is a HUGE way I can help families overall. When we prioritize our mental health, as moms, we are more present and better able to care for those around us (think putting on your own oxygen mask before helping others).

It's exactly right there in my mission: Empowering moms to ditch burnout, imposter syndrome, and calm the anxious chaos so they can build confidence and live fulfilled.

It is my desire that moms get to work or stay home or build businesses (whatever works for them and their lifestyle) without hustle, without loss of self, with as little burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm as possible.

In this day and age, there are so many of us who want to contribute financially while also being home with our kids. So many want to bring their art or creativity out into the world and monetize it. So many want to support their family and they know they can make sacrifices to make it happen - but what sacrifices at what cost?

Sacrifices aren't bad, but we have to determine which ones we are willing to make, our families are willing to make.

It doesn't have to be all or nothing, and we feel like it does.

You don't have to sacrifice your ethics, your integrity just to make six, seven, or eight figures. It's just about what works for you, what is sustainable for you.

I'm not here to talk about money. There are plenty of people out there discussing MLMs, MRR courses, digital sales, etc. There are plenty of people talking about how to make six, seven, eight figure years and months. The internet is full of that, and I'm never going to be the one to coach anyone on how to make millions. That's not in my lane, that's not in my wheelhouse.

I'm here for support of those business owners who want to do things modestly - or HUGELY - but don't know where to start to keep their sanity. I'm here to help moms prioritize their mental health & wellness as they build a life they love and are proud and thriving in.

I am here to help, what I do promise my clients, is helping them guard their mental peace while they build the life they dream of, creating a life around their family and their creative passion.

I believe the world needs each of our individual voices, our passion, our art - and that includes each of my clients and their unique businesses and side gigs.

Why I encourage my clients to pursue what they create out of their own passion and not someone else's

It's much more sustainable and life giving to create something - like a product or outcome - that you have put your heart and passion and love into, or to teach someone out of your skills and your knowledge.

It is invaluable to breathe life into the world by creating your own products, giving your gifts back to the world.

I support my clients in building a life that works for them and their family without losing their sanity - this is what our kids need from us, anyway. They need us to prioritize our mental health, and even our financial health. Yet we can't prioritize financial health at the expense of our mental health. That's not going to benefit our families.

When we build a life around our creative passion, it becomes more sustainable. There's no shame in making the decision to do your creative passion as a hobby or side project while working outside the home. There's no shame in working to build a sustainable business around your creative passion while being home for the family. There's no shame in practicing your creative hobby while being a stay at home mom while you're in a single income household.

Where we get caught up is those expectations we talked about earlier, and instead, we should be looking at ourselves and our family's individual needs. But, attempting to build this based off of someone else's product or course (MLM/MRR) is building it on a foundation of sand, and I want to help my clients have a foundation of stone and concrete.

How I Help? What's the Process?

We work together during my twelve-week program and I come in to support my clients in building this life around their values, priorities, family, and what they ACTUALLY want - not what social media tells them to want.

I teach them skills and support them in moving forward with less burnout, without losing their ethics or integrity, so they are living a life aligned with their values.

I help them reconnect with themselves, so they maintain their identity through the process. If they feel they've already lost themselves, I support them in rediscovering who they are, who they want to be, and what they want for their families.

I support them in overcoming the anxiety of the day to day: of the finances, the "what if I can't create something no one wants", of the barrage of negative thoughts, of the family care. I teach them skills to identify and manage these anxious thoughts so they can move forward in creating this life.

I help them communicate and stand strong in their worth and the worth of their creation. Not just as an arbitrary number, but true value. Helping them remember their value isn't determined by their wealth, their productivity, or their follower count. Their value just - is.

By the end of the twelve weeks, my clients experience lower levels of burnout and imposter syndrome. Their confidence and communication have improved, and they are living a sustainably joyous and fulfilled lives based on their own desires, values, and priorities.

In the end, it's about guiding them to design the business and life and home that's right for them.

Questions we work through:

What systems can we set up so you don't get burnt out?

How are you honoring your priorities?

What boundaries do we need to set up so this life works for you?

What sacrifices are you willing and able to make that fit with this desire?

How do we balance this business and family so we don't sacrifice our mental health?

What can your spouse do to support you? How do you have that conversation with them?

And more through the twelve weeks so that you end with the life you desire.

BUST THE MYTH: YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE RICH TO BE HAPPY

Honestly, I can't say money doesn't help. It absolutely does. That's why we're all attracted to the flash marketing of the thousands of dollar days, and we want that.

That said, creating a stay at home mom life while running your creative business can happen with a five-figure or low six figure business. Money isn't everything if it costs your dream lifestyle or your mental health.

Slow-living and minimalism are rising for a reason. When we can cut costs, enjoy moments, and profit our families, we find ourselves feeling more fulfilled and joyful.

Your mental and emotional stores, your integrity, your ethics, your values, these things all matter, and arguably matter more than money.

None of us need to live lavishly, we just need to live our way.

Supportive Resources

Since I'm not the "business guru" and can't teach you the marketing, here are two resources that may be helpful (one of them is an affiliate link, meaning I make a commission if you invest).

I'm not the one who can help set up a marketing plan or a funnel or your sales page. But, there are lovely resources out there for that.

First, if you're a mom running a creative business wanting to learn more about passive income, digital products, funnels, turning your skill/talent into a teachable platform, Jessica Stansberry is your girl. She's been doing this for years, since before any of this MRR exploded and without MLMs. Her YouTube's got you covered on monetizing YOUR SKILLS.

Now, I do work with my clients on finding their voice and helping them learn what they want to communicate to the world through their story, but I am not the one to help them turn it into copy or social media presence. Not in a technical way or marketing way.

So, second, if you want to figure out a way to use your story, your message, and your creativity in your social media and your copy, I can't recommend Maly's Magnetic Messaging Masterclass. (This is an affiliate link. If you choose to purchase this masterclass, I receive a commission. It's so worth it, though. I have seen so much growth in myself, my messaging, and my socials since taking this masterclass.)
